Teen Lit Day: Are You Going To Rock The Drop?

Last year I participated in Teen Lit Day and dropped off three Sarah Dessen books around my community where teens could find them.

Dropped at the local community center, a bike parked at the local high school, and a table outside the local frozen yogurt shop.

This year Teen Lit Day is on Thursday. I've been so excited to Rock The Drop again this year! I don't know what book(s) I'm going to drop, but I'm already planning my strategy. Are you going to Rock The Drop?

If you're interested in participating, check out the info over on Readergirlz. It's a fun way to share the love of YA lit with teens in your community.

  1. This sounds like fun! Hmmm I think I know a few places in my town that the teens hang out.

  2. I've never heard of this before, but I'm so excited to do this on Thursday. I live up the street from a high school and there are coffee shops and eating places the teens go to. I'll definitely drop off a few books. Thanks for the wonderful post! :D

  3. What a great idea! As a teen, it'd be pretty cool to just stumble upon a free book. Thanks for the info.
