December has been pretty chill, but I think I need it to recover from all the fun I have had this year.

And I already have so many fun things planned for 2012, including John Green's Tour de Nerdfighting and ALA this summer! WHEE! Thanks for the memories, 2011...let's make 2012 even better!

  1. Wow, what an awesome year! And great photos! I want to do something similar on my blog now.

Thanks for sharing with us! :)

  2. I loved your recap!! The pics are awesome and you did have a great year. I'm with Athena; I'm going to do this on my blog. :)

  3. It sounds like you've had a great year! It was fun to read about it and see all the pictures. So bummed I won't be able to go to John Green's Tour de Nerdfighting.

  4. Wow, what a fantastic year. 2012 has a lot to live up to! :D

  5. This is awesome, Jess! You've inspired me to craft a similar post, but I'll just need a break in my day to make it happen. Thanks for sharing your year with us, and congrats on ALL your accomplishments!

  6. And this is when I hate being in the Midwest - you have so many more author/bookish events out there!

  7. You have an awesome life Jess ;-)

  8. Looks like a pretty darn fab year to me! :)

May 2012 be your best year yet.

  9. Whew, I'm exhausted! That was quite a year you had.

  10. Pretty hard to beat that year, but I wish you another great one in 2012!

  11. Your life is awesome!

    PS- I see me! Yay!

  12. Your 2011 was so kickass!

I love the boots you're wearing in the first pic!

I wish my 2012 is as exciting as your 2011!

  13. I love that I made the highlights list this year. Goal: Make it on next year's list with a much more flattering picture.

    Here's to a great 2012!

  14. What's with Asian guys and anonymity? My guy doesn't want to plastered all over my blog either.

And that Mayfield guy is kinda hot...

  15. Love this! What an amazing year you've had. So many cute pictures!

(And you've totally inspired me to do a rundown of my 2011 highlights too- hope you don't mind if I borrow the idea with credit to you!)

  16. Your grandmother looks great for 90--you would think she's a lot younger. I hope your 2012 is as good, if not better, Jessica! :)
