It's Operation Teen Book Drop Time!

It's my favorite time of year again...time for Operation Teen Book Drop!

Operation Teen Book Drop is sponsored by Readergirlz and Figment in honor of Teen Lit Day, and it's one of my favorite days of the year. Here's how I Rocked the Drop last year (I did it the year before, too, but, alas, that post is on my old blog, so no linky)...and I'm so excited to participate again this year for the third year in a row.

Want to Rock the Drop on 4/12? Find a MG/YA book or two (or three...or four) that you want to drop around your town for a teen to find. Print out the bookplates on the blog linked above and stick them inside. Then get ready to drop those books and report back with pictures and your Rock the Drop story!

  5. I had so much fun doing this last year. I felt like a dork at first because people looked at me odd when I dropped off the book and walked away. I might have to do it again this year. Thanks for reminding me.

    1. Haha. I tried to be sly about it so no one would notice, but I doubt that worked. I'm not very sly.

  6. I have pregnancy brain so can you remind me about this the day before so I can print out some bookplates at work? I have a ton of books I've been trying to donate but can't find anyplace to take them. This will get a few off my hands!

  7. Wow, that sounds like such a cool idea! I might just do that, but in my rural English town, people would just chase me with my book, saying "ere, maid, you forgot your book!". I'll just have to be sneaky...
