PUSH GIRL has a cover!

If you've been hanging out in my Twitter or facebook-sphere over the past couple of days, you know that on Wednesday this little surprise popped up on the Push Girls TV show facebook page:

I LOVED that they were doing something interactive with the cover and getting people involved in creating it. The voting was happening for one day only - people could pick their favorite color combination for the cover of the book and the winner would be announced the following day.

(Yes, I totally voted. I voted for A because I will always vote for hot pink. And I liked how the bright colors popped.)

Then, yesterday, not only was the color winner announced, but the gorgeous cover of PUSH GIRL was revealed on the show's facebook page. That's right, I have a cover and it's absolutely beautiful.

So, as you can see, my favorite color combo didn't win. But I'm totally in love with these colors and I think they look perfect, so it all worked out. I think this cover will appeal to both fans of the TV show and people who have never heard of it and just want to read an awesome YA novel. And I think it will totally stand out on the shelf. It's gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous, and I couldn't be happier about it!

Oh, and you know what? Six months from right now this beauty will be on the shelf for all to see. (And buy! And read! Meep!)

  1. Hooray! It's a beautiful cover. So happy for you!

  2. Congrats on your totally awesome cover! I can't wait to read what's behind the cover, too :)

  3. It looks fantastic, Jess! (And my favorite color combo actually did win -- yay!)

  4. Very cool! Did you write a post about how you got connected with this collaboration? I'm so curious!

  5. I love this cover-and how interactive and involved they made the cover choices. You're getting great advertising already. Excited for you!

  6. I love the cover. Congratulations!!

  7. Congratulations!! It's SO pretty!!!

Also, I totally started watching Push Girls on Netflix recently. It's a good show and it's been fun to see Chelsie on it!
